Very easy to book appointment. Good connection. Easy to communicate my symptoms and get understating of symptoms. Quick prescription and altogether great experience when feeling unwell in a foreign country. Much easier than the UK and well worth the money

On a hiking holiday, I got a blister on my foot, which later became infected, requiring antibiotics. I was able to book an online appointment with Dr Giovanni Viterale almost immediately. This was even on a Sunday, during a Catholic Saints day! He was very friendly, reassuring, and spoke perfect English. He gave me plenty of advice and made sure I understood what I needed to do and how to care for the wound until it heals. His price was very fair compared to the other offers I received. He sent me the prescription via email and I was able to buy my antibiotics from the local pharmacy straight away. He said I can contact him during the next 7 days if I need to ask anything else related to this. It was such a quick and easy process and a weight off my mind (I’d started imagining I was going to get sepsis!) Much easier than figuring out how to use the local doctors surgery and having to wait till Monday when they reopened. He saved my holiday!
